Hailey Thiel joined the Pless Law Firm in 2025 As Director of Marketing & Business Development. Hailey leads strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s reach in the Colorado market and drive growth across Texas and other emerging markets. Colorado-transplant by way of the Texas Hill Country, Hailey is an accomplished leader with deep roots in the commercial real estate industry. She has worked on both the brokerage and principal sides of the business and is an active real estate investor.

Prior to joining the firm, Hailey held key leadership positions at prominent firms such as BMC Investments, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Staubach Retail (now SRS Real Estate Partners). Her background brings a deeply ingrained, client-first approach to the service business, complemented by a network of invaluable relationships and professional connections. These assets position her as a trusted liaison for the firm, helping to drive growth and ensure Pless Law’s continued success.

Outside of the office, and when she is not expediting aspiring adults to and from activities, Hailey is happiest at home with her family, on the tennis court, or in the kitchen perfecting her scones and charcuterie boards.
