Attorney (Partner)

Pless Law Firm is looking to add experienced Counsel and Partner-level attorneys to join the firm’s expanding practice in our Colorado office.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Tax
  • Finance
  • Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions

A portable book of business (any size) is required.

We are looking for candidates who are team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. Salary Range:

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Pless Law Firm is committed to providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $225,000 – $315,000. This range is dependent on experience and portable business. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.

Operations Assistant

Pless Law Firm is looking to add an Operations Assistant to support our growing team in our Colorado office.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of administrative/operations experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists with creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials (experience with Canva and Mailchimp is a plus)
  • Research/track/book attendance for industry networking events as well as sponsorships on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Tracks, obtains and organizes general business-related documents for internal auditing and compliance purposes; may also assist with organization related to client files
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Assist with creation and development of procedures and manuals for onboarding, training etc.
  • Professionally and promptly answer phone calls/email inquires
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and service providers
  • Maintain contact information for clients/vendors/matter related individuals in database
  • Performs general office duties, such as ordering office supplies, recordkeeping, basic bookkeeping, etc
  • Assists with other Firm activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger context
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, commercial real estate, human resource, marketing or law firm administration experience required
  • Computer proficiency on both Mac and Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications (ie word, outlook, pages, excel)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm

Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
