About Calleigh Olson

Calleigh Olson joined Pless Law Firm in 2022 as an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Denver office. She specializes in land use and zoning matters, real estate finance, and acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets across the country. Additionally, Calleigh provides counsel on business matters such as business purchase agreements, franchising, and corporate governance. 

Before joining Pless Law Firm, Calleigh practiced real estate and corporate law at a mid-size firm based in Colorado Springs. There, she represented clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, zoning matters, and common interest communities, and advised clients on business entity formation, asset purchase agreements, and corporate governance. 

Calleigh began her legal career with a clerkship at Colorado’s 18th Judicial District, where she engaged in legal research, drafted court orders, and managed various case types. She further refined her skills through internships at Skidmore and Associates, Cleveland Clinic Innovations, and the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office. Each of these experiences provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate and corporate legal landscape. 

Calleigh graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Akron Law Review. She also contributed to the Small Entrepreneur and Economic Development Clinic. Prior to law school, she excelled both academically and athletically at St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, earning bachelor’s degrees in political science and business administration while playing Division I soccer. Between her undergraduate studies and law school, Calleigh played semi-professional soccer for the Cincinnati Saints. 

Outside of her professional life, Calleigh is a devoted weightlifter who enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her two dogs.

• Represented a logistics company in a lease agreement for a 114,378 square-foot property in Hutchins, Texas.  
• Represented the seller in the disposition of a property with a purchase price of $2,295,000 in Denver, Colorado.  
• Represented an investment firm in a lease agreement for a 72,310 square-foot property in Jefferson, Colorado.  
• Represented a commercial real estate investment and development firm in the acquisition of a property with a purchase price of $1,825,000.
