About Neal Cohen

Neal Cohen joined Pless Law Firm in 2024 as Senior Counsel expanding the firm’s practice areas into commercial litigation. With four decades of trial and alternative dispute resolution experience in complex commercial cases, he represents clients involved in business, employment, securities, intellectual property and natural resources disputes.

With extensive experience in high-stakes litigation across state, district, federal, and appellate courts nationwide, Neal understands litigation is often a last resort. When trial is the only option, Neal is pragmatic and prepared while keeping the client’s best interest at the top of mind.

Prior to joining Pless Law Firm, Neal served as the Managing Partner of Fox Rothchild’s Denver office and held partner positions at other AmLaw 100 firms such as Bryan Cave and Faegre Benson (now Faegre Drinker).

Neal’s personal accomplishments rival his professional. As a member of the U.S. National Fencing Team, he competed in the World Championships in Hungary in 1975. He has also won two gold medals and one bronze medal in the U. S. National Fencing Championships.
