About Alicia Nikifarava

Alicia Nikifarava joined Pless Law Firm in 2018. She is responsible for the firm’s administrative and business operations, including accounting, human resources, marketing, and client/matter management. Alicia works closely with Justin on developing the Firm’s short and long-term strategies by identifying growth opportunities and aligning Firm policies to best serve our clients and our growing team. She currently splits her time between the Denver and Austin offices.

Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years managing various multi-family residential and commercial assets in the Denver metro area, as well as supporting a local developer specializing in luxury single-family communities.

Outside the office, Alicia dedicates her time to professional organizations as well as spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys playing tennis, reading, traveling and cooking.
