Attorney (Partner)

Pless Law Firm is looking to add experienced Counsel and Partner-level attorneys to join the firm’s expanding practice in our Colorado office.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Tax
  • Finance
  • Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions

A portable book of business (any size) is required.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

We are looking for candidates who are team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates should display passion for working hard and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment, and should enjoy being part of a collaborative and diverse culture that supports our firm values. The ideal candidate for this role will be considered a practice leader and should anticipate partnership within 12-18 months.

Salary Range:

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Pless Law Firm is committed to providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $225,000 – $315,000. This range is dependent on experience and portable business. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.

Benefits Summary:

All full-time employees are eligible for a health insurance (medical, dental, vision) with a $515 employer contribution, annual bonus, 401K with generous employer match, paid parking, cell phone contribution, etc.
