Senior Associate Attorney

Ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including but not limited to the representation of developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and equity investors in real estate acquisitions, development, finance and management. Candidate should feel comfortable managing a leasing or purchase transaction with little to no supervision from managing partner (Justin Pless). Extensive experience with commercial leasing, reviewing and negotiation of purchase/sale contracts, title and due diligence, loan documents, etc is required. 

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Active Bar License

5+ years of commercial real estate experience

Travel Required:

Yes – 15-20%

Because we offices located in Colorado and Texas, travel for Firm events may be requested

Office Location:

Denver, Colorado (Cherry Creek)

Austin, Texas (Highland Hills)

Salary Range:


Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

While our firm does not have a billable hour requirements, candidates should expect to bill around 1400-1500 per year.
