Steven Paletz joined Pless Law Firm in 2020 and is based in the Firm’s Denver office. Steven’s practice focuses on complex development matters, representing clients throughout all stages of the development process. His diverse experience includes all aspects of a real estate transaction including agreements, leases, entitlement work and construction agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Steven held associate positions at regional firms in Denver and Houston where he represented clients in all aspects of real estate, including commercial leases for office, retail and industrial properties, and single-family housing developments. He also served as a general counsel for a national homebuilder based in Colorado.
Steven is an active member of community organizations supporting youth education and mental health and serves on the board of the Colorado ‘I Have a Dream’ Foundation. He is also a graduate of Impact Denver, a program of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation. In November 2021, Steven was appointed by the Speaker of the Colorado House of Representatives to serve as a Commissioner on the Colorado Economic Development Commission.
In his free time, Steven enjoys traveling with his wife, Laura, and daughter, Harper!
