Alicia Nikifarava
Firm Manager
Alicia Nikifarava joined Pless Law Firm in 2018. She is responsible for the firm’s administrative and business operations, including accounting, human resources, marketing, and client/matter management. Alicia works closely with Justin on developing the Firm’s short and long-term strategies by identifying growth opportunities and aligning Firm policies to best serve our clients and our growing team. She currently splits her time between the Denver and Austin offices.
Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years managing various multi-family residential assets in Denver, as well as supporting a Broomfield developer specializing in building luxury single family communities, while completing her degree in international relations and business.
Outside the office, Alicia dedicates her time to professional organizations as well as non-profits (CREW, ALA, RMA) and she also enjoys playing tennis, brushing up on her Spanish/French, cooking and spending time with her dog, Oliver!
