Flat Fee Services
At Pless Law Firm, we pride ourselves on providing each client with the highest quality legal work at competitive rates, as well as an individualized approach across the board to ensure your business needs are met. Most matters are billed at an hourly rate, however we offer alternative fee structures on a case by case basis.
We love helping startups and small businesses and recognize that spending thousands of dollars on legal services is not feasible for most. To help bridge the gap and make our services accessible to everyone, we offer select legal services in flat fee/package options.
All entity formation and setup packages will include the following:
- Initial Consultation
- Follow up call with one of our attorneys
- Basic draft of operating agreement
- Articles of Organization
- EIN registration
- Colorado Secretary of State filings fees (excluding annual renewal fees)
* Optional add ons – registered agent service
